I've worked both in-house and in an agency capacity.

No two organizations are the same. It takes a very trained-eye to identify where a business can grow while still remaining true to its core success. The only way to grow in a multiplier fashion is to understand what is happening on all fronts - marketing, operations, sales, product, and how decisions are ultimately made.

My specialty is setting up product verticals in seed startups, developing robust testing environments post-launch, and creating product/market fit "offenses" at scale.

I've learned growth is about putting the company in the best position to discover unique consumer insights.
